MediaMatters has a report up on media coverage of illegal immigration. It's good stuff, and most interesting because it deconstructs the more hysterical claims of television pundits--specifically,Dobbs, O'Reily, and Beck--regarding undocumented aliens. Among the issues discussed:
Does illegal immigration boost crime?
Do illegal immigrants suck up social services without paying taxes?
Is a NAFTA superhighway planned? North American Union?
